Polyethylene (EPE) sheet is a flexible polyethylene foam that provides gentle cushioning support. This sheet is lightweight, Non-breakable and flexible.
It is available in various dimension for different application purpose. It is commonly used in insulation of cooler boxes, insulation partitioning of space, for production of mattresses, cushion chairs, packaging, for impact and shock absorption, vibration dampening, surface protection, and also used for foam gym equipment.

Applications
Polyethylene (EPE) sheet is used for the following applications:
a. Protective packaging – Used for protecting high-value or easily damaged products such as heavy ceramic objects packaging, electronics appliance, Laptops and computers against breakage, liquid, rodent and chemicals.
b. Furniture – Used to cushion the back and arm rest of furniture to give that soft feel.
c. Bed Flooring – it is laid on the base of wooden beds to keep the wood from breakage and also against rodents and insects.
d. Mattress Application – sewed with the tape edge of all mattress to provide corner support. As well as a base for the production of spring mattress to give the spring elasticity. It also acts as an insulator for the base pads of the spring mattress.
e. Lunch bags production – used to insulate the inner surface area of the bag to maintain the temperature of meals.
